I have searched in internet but didn't find anything. Unfortuantely I do not have solution to this but by using below simple steps you can read the content.
Windows:
1. Open the file using Microsoft word, but you won't understand anything.
2. Click ctrl+H to get the replace window and type "=0D=0A" in "Find What" box.
3. To fill "Replace with" column click on "More >>", again click on "special" button and select "Manual Break Line".
4. Remove Footer and Header lines
Linux:
1. Open the file in vim editor.
2. Replace "=0D=0A" with new line character.
3. Remove Footer and Header lines
This may not work for every Android phone, but I'm guessing that it will work at least for all Samsung phones and probably a lot of others.
